Inviting you to a GVCP Support Team meeting this coming Saturday 9/12/26
Dear Allies of our Global Village Children’s Project,
By now, you have probably already seen the “Begging Bowl” letter I sent out earlier today.
Yes, we are cutting it close. But let’s all hold a vision that the rest of our upcoming tuition will be on its way to our bank in the next couple of days.
I am writing you all separately however to invite you to a GVCP Support Team meeting this coming Saturday, 9/12, at 11:15am.
Anne will be coming to the USA soon – around October, exact dates not set – for about 3 or 4 weeks. At Saturday’s meeting I would like discussion – along with whatever agenda items you all may with to add –
1) Searching for housing options for Anne while she is here
2) Ideas for public presentations of Anne’s work
3) How to expand our outreach and base of support
4) Connecting with local Rotary Clubs, now that we are active in the Jinja Uganda Area Rotary club
5) Your ideas for how we move forward from here!
I believe Anne will be joining us for this Zoom meeting. Please RSVP to let me know if you can make it.

This school term we are again offering a fan as a “Thank You!” for those able to offer a gift of $100 or more When you send your check, please do add a note saying “Yes, I would like to have one of ‘Anne’s Fans’ and here is my mailing address.” Or if you are donating on line, please send me a text or email letting me know you would like one of these fans.
